One file, five sheets, ready to hand to an accountant without you retyping anything.
The export is a real .xlsx workbook — not a CSV with a spreadsheet extension — so it opens in Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets with its columns and number formats intact.

| This month's bills | The open cycle in full — every line of every room's current bill. |
| Monthly history | One row per room per closed month. The sheet an accountant actually wants. |
| Cycle summary | Each closed month for the whole property: billed, collected, units. |
| Past tenants | Archived tenancies with their lease dates and final meter readings. |
Amounts are exported in your chosen currency, and months that have moved to the device archive are included — the export reaches further back than the live book does.
